A. Shipping fees do not include any duties and taxes that could be required upon the receipt of items. Payment of duties and taxes (if any) is the customer's responsibility. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.

A. We offer FREE shipping for all orders within the USA.
The cost of international shipping is always shown during the checkout process. All costs are shown before you submit the order and before you make any payment. The shipping charge is based on the weight, size and distance the product is being shipped. All items from inventory offered in our online catalog are measured and weighed before they are posted on this website to provide you with the accurate shipping quote. The average cost to ship your parcel via insured International Express Mail is $39 USD. Shipping to Canada may cost less. For your convenience, a shipping cost calculator is posted on the "shopping cart" page of this website. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you automatically after you have entered your shipping address on the order form.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
The final cost of international shipping is calculated online during the checkout process. Once you have submitted the shipping address, you will see the total cost of shipping as well as the total cost of your order (no sales tax or VAT added).

Q. How long before I receive my order?

A. Your orders will be entered, completed and processed for delivery within a few hours of receiving them.  We will always send you an email confirming the status of your order. Orders received before 2 p.m. Pacific time are generally processed for delivery the same business day. Orders received after 2 p.m. or on a weekend usually go out the next business day, unless special arrangements are made for overnight or weekend delivery. Your order will be shipped at no additional charge to you within the USA via USPS Priority mail or via FedEx Home delivery. All orders are shipped insured and signature confirmation is required. Delivery time varies by location. Tracking number is always provided. Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days

Q. What if I want you to ship my order to another address (not to my billing address)?

A. To protect safety and security of our customers we are able to ship your order only to the billing address of the holder of the credit card, which was used to place the order. We will also ship to the address indicated to us by PayPal, Amazon Checkout or by Google Checkout.  Please note, we are not able to ship to the P.O. Box addresses.
There may be occasion when you would want us to send a gift purchased on this website to someone with the address that is different from address of the credit card’s holder who is placing the order.  In such case, you (as a person who is placing order) would need to do the following:
Please take a few minutes to contact your credit card issuer.  Ask them to add an additional shipping address to your bank's record before placing your order with us.  As an alternative, please contact us and arrange to pay for the item you wish to purchase via Western Union, or via MoneyGram or using USPS money order. Once we receive your payment, you are welcome to instruct us to where your order needs to be shipped…

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may exchange it or return it within 7 days of receipt in its original "new" condition with tags attached, and we will give you refund less 10% restocking fee without any delays.
